Best Practice: Noe Street Farmers Market

San Francisco is fortunate to have many wonderful farmers markets throughout the city. Still, we were pleased to see the newest market, on Noe Street between Market and Beaver Streets in the Duboce Triangle/Castro neighborhood. Like the market in the North of the Panhandle, and others around the city, the Noe Street Farmers Market opens up the street to community members to mix, mingle and shop. We snapped a few photos of the new market. Note the integration with street seating for the local cafe.
The Castro Farmers Market is open Wednesdays, 4 pm to 8 pm, April 29 through October 28, 2009, and features live entertainment each week.
